Pregnancy Yoga

Mondays 5pm-5.45pm at Zen2Yoga, Polmont, Falkirk.

Runs weekly.

A gentle, nurturing yoga class to support you throughout your pregnancy.

Each session begins with guided breathing techniques to encourage relaxation and can be a valuable tool for labour and birth. We then move into gentle, pregnancy safe movements and postures designed to ease tension, relieve common aches and discomforts, and support your changing body.

The class closes with a deeply restful relaxation, including guided hypnobirthing-inspired meditation. During this time, you have the option to receive a light application of lavender aromatherapy oil on acupressure points at the temples, helping you to fully unwind and leave feeling calm, grounded, and restored.

This class also offers a lovely opportunity to meet and connect with other expectant mums in your local area, creating a sense of community and shared experience.

Many women come to yoga for the first time during pregnancy, drawn by the wide range of benefits it offers. These classes provide a gentle form of birth preparation, while also giving you space to slow down, tune into your body, and deepen your connection with your baby.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or have an existing practice, you are very welcome.

Mum and Baby Yoga

Friday's 11am-12 at Zen2Yoga in Polmont, Falkirk.

These run in 5 weekly blocks. 

A nurturing, baby-led postnatal yoga class for mums and their little ones, suitable from 6 weeks postnatal up until pre-walking.

 

This class is just as much for you as it is for your baby. Together, we’ll focus on gentle postpartum recovery, mindful movement, and moments of calm, while naturally integrating your baby into the practice in a way that feels enjoyable and supportive for you both.

 

Each session offers a thoughtfully designed blend of yoga to support your postnatal recovery. Helping to ease the transition into motherhood, rebuild strength, and relieve common aches and discomforts. Alongside this, there are opportunities to connect, bond, and play with your baby.

 

We incorporate light sensory elements throughout, and gently close the class with simple baby massage techniques and soothing nursery rhymes to help your little one relax and settle.

 

This is a relaxed and welcoming space, you are completely free to feed your little one, change, cuddle, or pause whenever needed. There’s no pressure to “keep up,” just an invitation to move in a way that feels good for you.

 

After class, you’re warmly invited to stay for a cup of tea, coffee, or juice and a sweet treat. This time is all about community, connecting with other mums, sharing experiences, and building supportive relationships in motherhood.
